GROUND FLOOR

Exceptionally large double sitting room, with a central, grand fireplace in grey limestone, and with direct access on both sides to two terraces.

The front terrace is fully covered with a fixed roof, provided with two roof-fans and there is big iron table for 12. The rear terrace is provided with a big parasol and a big table for 12.

A dining area, with a fixed wooden table for 14, opens from the front part of the sitting room.

A spacious eat-in kitchen, with generous space for storage, big fridge-freezer.

From the sitting room a door leads to a private area with a corridor onto which open two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom is comfortably fitted with a kingsize bed, two wall wardrobes in wicker and has its en-suite large bathroom, fitted with an easy-access shower. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and wardrobes all along the wall. The corridor is also fitted with wardrobes. This room is served by the bathroom with bathtub next door, as mentioned above.




FIRST FLOOR

The elegant wooden staircase leads to the first and second floor bedrooms. All of the upstairs area is rendered sound-proof through a glass wall, whose door is on the first floor.

Two bedrooms are found on this floor. The one on the right is fitted with two single beds, a built-in cabin and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a bunk-bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Under the stairs a fitted small cupboard can fit suitcases.




SECOND FLOOR

Two spacious double bedrooms are on this floor, both with slightly though high mansard roof. Both have en-suite bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.

The bedroom onto the rear of the villa has French windows that open onto a particularly open vista. 
The corridor between the two rooms is fitted with wall wardrobes, to provide for the other bedroom.




COTTAGE

GROUND FLOOR: sitting area with a sofa-bed and open-plan kitchen; small loo.

FIRST FLOOR: bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower.




LAUNDRY ROOM

Independent, accessed from the garden, near the cottage.




STORAGE ROOM

One big room, accessed from the garden.




SECURITY

The villa is provided with an alarm system. The two extremely high French doors in the sitting room are fitted with roll-up security iron curtains. All windows are fitted with elegant, specially designed iron bars.




OUTSIDE SPACE
